Straight answers to the questions nonprofit leaders ask most.
If you don’t see your question here, schedule a conversation — we’re happy to help.
How long does it take?
An initial environment can be ready in as little as 60 days, depending on your organization’s participation, content readiness and review cycles. Implementation may take longer as your team develops content and makes decisions.
Is it private and secure?
The experience is designed for private, organization-managed use. Because requirements differ by organization, ask the Lightbridge team for the current technical controls and fit for your specific use before relying on a compliance claim.
What does it cost, and can funding help?
Pricing is mission-based and clearly defined once we understand the scope: your audience, content and launch needs. Lightbridge Charitable Solutions may explore aligned grant opportunities and funding possibilities with you, but availability, eligibility and funding are not guaranteed. See Pricing & Funding or schedule a conversation for specifics.
What can the environment include?
Programs, resources, routines, check-ins, events, community updates, member responses and trusted support pathways can be organized around your nonprofit’s needs. Members can access these in one branded mobile environment, including a Need Help pathway.
Does Lightbridge build everything for us?
It is a guided partnership. Lightbridge Charitable Solutions guides planning, structure, setup, training and launch using the Lightbridge Life platform. Your nonprofit creates and owns its content, brings mission knowledge and decisions, and manages its mobile environment in its own voice.
Is Lightbridge Charitable Solutions the platform provider?
No. Lightbridge Charitable Solutions guides the nonprofit engagement. Lightbridge Life is the mobile platform provided through Lightbridge, Inc., a separate entity.
Who manages the environment?
The participating organization manages its content, membership and day-to-day experience. Lightbridge Charitable Solutions guides planning and implementation.
What is a Lightbridge mobile environment?
It is a private, organization-managed place inside the Lightbridge Life platform where a nonprofit can bring together its programs, routines, resources, communication and community experience.
Is this complicated to set up?
Your organization does not need technical expertise, but creating a useful mobile environment does require focused participation from your team. LCS guides the planning, structure, setup, training and launch while your organization decides what belongs inside.
Who is it for?
Nonprofits of many kinds — veterans and military families, youth and mentoring, caregivers and older adults, behavioral health and recovery, grief and survivor support, and more.
