MOBILE APPLICATION USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE FOR LIGHTBRIDGE MOBILE APP

By downloading, installing, or using the Lightbridge Mobile application (“LBMobile”) owned by Lightbridge Inc., you agree to the following ("Terms"):

1. You are granted a limited license to download, install, and use LBMobile for your personal use.

2. Lightbridge may update these Terms of Use and will notify you in writing of any updates. Your continued use of LBMobile after receiving notification of changes to the Terms indicates your consent to the updated terms.

3. Lightbridge owns all rights to LBMobile. Your right to use LBMobile does not transfer ownership rights in any way.

4. These Terms grant personal rights to you. You may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations granted under these Terms to any other person or legal entity. You may provide access to information related to your use of LBMobile to others, as described in the Privacy Policy and Information Notice.

5. LBMobile is a platform designed to foster community connectivity. It is important to treat yourself and others within the community with kindness and respect. While Lightbridge cannot monitor and moderate all comments, we will not tolerate:

   • Abusive or hurtful comments directed at another participant;

   • Comments containing foul language or hate speech (e.g., racial, ethnic, or gender-based slurs);

   • Content submitted using false identities or personas, which will result in banning from LBMobile;

   • Personal attacks or defamatory statements;

   • Comments that violate the privacy of any individual.

6. Violating this clause will result in termination of your use and access to LBMobile. Additionally, by submitting personal or health information through LBMobile, you acknowledge that this information will be available to others to whom you have granted access. LBMobile will not provide this information to anyone without your consent.

7. LBMobile may not be modified, reverse-engineered, or decompiled in any manner through current or future technologies.

8. You acknowledge that LBMobile is continuously being updated and improved. Portions or all of LBMobile may be changed at Lightbridge’s discretion, without obligation. You agree to provide feedback on LBMobile when requested, which will be used to improve its functionality.

9. LBMobile is provided by Lightbridge "as is" and is accepted by you without warranty. Lightbridge will not be liable for any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of production, profits, revenue, data, or any injury or damage resulting from the use or failure to use LBMobile.

10. No user support or maintenance is provided as part of these Terms.

11. The Privacy Policy and Information Notice, which detail Lightbridge's collection and use of data, are incorporated herein. You can find the Privacy Policy and Information Notice at https://www.lbmobile.me/privacy.

12. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device.

13. Failure to comply with these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Information Notice, will result in termination of your access to LBMobile.

14. Use of LBMobile may result in additional charges from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any such charges.

15. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by the courts in Nebraska, under Nebraska law.

16. Lightbridge makes no expressed or implied warranty regarding the fitness of LBMobile for any particular purpose or that LBMobile will meet the specific requirements of the user.

17. Lightbridge does not warrant that the use of LBMobile will be uninterrupted or error-free. You acknowledge that mobile applications are prone to bugs and flaws.

18. AI-Powered Features for Routine Recommendations:
    LBMobile includes an AI feature that provides personalized recommendations for routines based on user activity and preferences. By using these AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and analysis of your data for the purpose of improving and customizing your experience within the app. The AI features are designed to enhance user engagement and provide tailored support.

19. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance:
    The Lightbridge mobile app is intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children.
